FAQ

Without trying, The Dread Pirate Steven Carlson has apparently garnered a reputation as some manner of expert on cult/exploitation films, through his blog The Ongoing Cinematic Education of Steven Carlson. As much as he has a taste for all kinds of film, he'll admit that he finds himself unaccountably drawn to less reputable genre work, mainly because he likes to watch blood and titties. Besides, he figures it's better to be renowned as an authority on something than nothing. He tries to balance out his Something Weird addiction by also continuing his quest to one day see everything in The Criterion Collection. His in-laws think his taste is "uh... interesting."
